Spring is the perfect time of year to get your hands on a new-to-you bike and starting tonight you can auction your way to a new one from the City of Minneapolis Police Department.
Our experience with Police auctions are that you aren’t going to go there and get a screaming steal of a deal. There are enough people in attendance who know what a bike is worth (including a few re-sellers) that good bikes will go for good prices. However, if you are looking for some basic transportation or maybe a winter-beater bike, this might be the place for you to find that score. Good luck.
