Weekend Cycling Events
Hey, another big weekend for cycling here in the Twin Cities. Well, not big in number but big in terms of the events that we have. Hope to see you out there!
Readers if you know of something happening that you don’t see listed here, put it into the comments section for everyone to see.
Friday:
Stupor Bowl pre-party activities. 4:30-6:30 at One-on-One a happy hour and picture gallery opening of picture from last year’s Stupor Bowl.
Pre-registration for the Stupor Bowl is tonight (Friday) at Halek’s (2024 N Washington Ave) from 8-midnight.
Saturday:
City of Lake Loppet Ice Race: More ice racing on tap for this weekend. With the non-renewal of the race hosted last year as a part of the St. Paul Winter Carnival, it looks like this might be the last one of the season. If you haven’t already signed-up, registration is now closed, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be a spectator. As a reminder the location has changed this year due to the weather and the ice race will be held near Theo Wirth Park know as ”Pond in Twin Lakes Trail/Par-3 area.” Here is the full schedule;
